Job Description
We are a fast-growing full-service real estate company that consists of several wholly owned subsidiary companies that focus on investment, property management, and development of multifamily/affordable housing. The HR Generalist position will be primarily responsible for processing semi-monthly payroll for 400 employees using Paycom, workers compensation claims, employee benefits and other human resources related tasks. The ideal candidate will handle details of a highly confidential and critical nature and must function efficiently and effectively in a professional environment. Must be able to independently manage multiple tasks and projects with competing priorities and deadlines. Ability to organize and maintain administrative processes is essential to this position. The ideal candidate will be flexible, forward-thinking, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
